Suitable for processing round holes, slot holes, lock holes, special-shaped holes and plane engraving on industrial aluminum profiles.
Equipped with air-cooled 3kW electric spindle with rotating speed of 0~18000 r/min, featuring high precision, good safety and high reliability.
Adopts Taiwan Syntec control system matched with professional CAD-CAM programming software. It can automatically convert G-code, with simple operation, high efficiency and low labor intensity.
The X-axis adopts high-precision helical rack drive, and Y & Z axes adopt high-precision ball screw drive, ensuring stable transmission and high precision.
The worktable can flip 180° with three positioning angles: -90°~0°~+90°. Three-side machining can be completed in one clamping of profiles, and deeper hole machining can be realized via worktable turnover.
Fitted with manual oil filling device; the tool is equipped with system-controlled spray cooling device.
Main electrical components adopt Schneider products from France. The machine bed is of steel structure with complete aging treatment.
