Suitable for machining round holes, slot holes, lock holes, special-shaped holes, milling, chamfering and surface engraving on industrial aluminum profiles, door & window and curtain wall profiles. The worktable can flip 180° with three positioning angles of -90°~0°~+90°, enabling three-side machining of profiles in one clamping.
Equipped with high-power spindle featuring high precision, good safety and high reliability. Built-in inline tool magazine for 8 tools with ISO30 standard tool holders.
Adopts Syntec control system from Taiwan, China matched with professional CAD-CAM programming software, which automatically generates G-code. It delivers simple operation, high efficiency and low labor intensity.
All motion pairs adopt imported linear guides and sliders. The X-axis adopts high-precision helical rack drive; Y-axis and Z-axis adopt high-precision ball screw drive. Stable transmission effectively improves the overall machine accuracy.
Equipped with manual oil filling device; the tool spray cooling device is controlled by the system.
Main electrical components are Schneider products from France. The machine bed is steel structure with full aging treatment.
