Features

1. Suitable for industrial aluminum profiles, door and window, curtain wall aluminum profiles. It can process round holes, slot holes, lock holes, special-shaped holes, rigid tapping, as well as milling, chamfering and curved surface machining. It realizes inclined surface machining at any angle from -90° to +90°.
2. Equipped with automatic chip removal function.
3. Fitted with OLI air-cooled motor spindle, power 9.6kW, speed range 0～24000rpm, featuring high precision, good safety and high reliability.
4. Adopts Syntec CNC system from Taiwan, China, matched with professional CAD-CAM programming software. It automatically generates machining G-code, featuring simple operation, high efficiency and low labor intensity.
5. All motion pairs adopt imported linear guides and sliders. The X-axis is driven by high-precision helical gear and rack; Y-axis and Z-axis adopt high-precision ball screw drive. Stable transmission effectively improves overall machine accuracy.
6. Built-in tool magazine holds 8 tools with ISO30 standard tool holders, safe and reliable.
7. The worktable can be flipped by servo motor controlled by CNC system within -90° ~ +90° (-90°~0°~+90°). Multi-surface machining can be completed in one clamping. Deep through holes (special-shaped holes) can be machined by flipping the worktable to improve quality and efficiency.
8. Equipped with automatic lubrication pump oil supply system. The spray cooling device for cutters is controlled by the system.
9. Main electrical components including circuit breakers and AC contactors are manufactured by Schneider, France.
10. Main structural parts of the machine are steel structures with aging treatment.
