Supports continuous automatic feeding of long profiles; some models realize cutting with short remnant material for higher raw material utilization rate.

Suitable for mass cutting of aluminum corner brackets, heat sinks and aluminum accessories.

Linear guides are adopted for moving pairs of the sawing unit, and ball screws for moving pairs of the automatic feeding unit. The machine runs smoothly with high precision and features an automatic counting function.

Equipped with a spray cooling device, which improves machining accuracy and extends the service life of saw blades.

The machine is fitted with a 4-meter feeding support rack for profiles within 6 meters in length. The discharging support rack is 3.6 meters long, supporting a maximum supported cutting length of 3.6 meters. Custom lengths of support racks are available upon special requirements.
